DIRECTION
We have been working with Richie for the better part of the last two years specifically in the area of business management and team development. During this time his skilful facilitation has contributed greatly to the development of my management skills and the documentation of our business procedures.
Richie has an in depth understanding of generic business management together with a sound comprehension of many of the specific issues we confront in the building industry.
He has demonstrated that he understands what builders do and the relationships that exist between builders, suppliers, contractors and clients.
Most importantly though he has the skill and perception to cultivate for the people he is working with, a more acute understanding of their own businesses thereby giving them the resources to manage better themselves.
